What you’ll do

• Bring order to chaos
• Consolidate requirements from product, design, and senior management
• Work within engineering to draft development plans and drive execution
  • This is an engineering role
• Achieve consensus and hold everyone accountable to their commitments
• Serve as a central nexus for all development related communications for a team that spans 16 timezones

What we’re looking for

• Experience leading complex software projects from inception to delivery and beyond
  • Experience delivering distributed architectures, e.g. microservices
  • Experience delivering web and web application projects
• Some experience with software development, i.e. coding
• Growth mindset with a strong desire to learn
• Must be exceptionally, if not ruthlessly, well-organized
